Please read the following:
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons (Note: Exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances):
- Order arrived broken.
- Order was not delivered.
- Wrong order was received.
In most cases, we send replacements when an error has been made.
Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:
- No longer in need of the product.
- Deciding to cancel the order post-shipment.
- Scent preference, as scents are subjective to the customer.
- Customer overactivates the slime or adds/does something that we do not advise.
- Slime is underactivated, and the customer refuses to activate the slime.
- Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
- Order delivered to the wrong address due to an invalid address given by the customer.
- No picture/video proof of defective product.
Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.
Refunds are not issued until 14 days from the ship date.
Refunds are not issued for orders 2 months (8 weeks) after the shipment date.
